Quick Gym

Folks, about 7, 8 years ago, I saw a machine in one of the popular periodicals, called the Range of Motion machine (ROM). I’ve worked out on many machines over many years, but this one impressed me though I’d never used it. I thought it’d be a great way to get the blood moving and get some invigoration in my clients muscles while they waited their turn for a massage. The problem that discouraged me from getting it was the cost – the manufacturer wanted $15,000 for it. I was shocked, and on further investigation, cash only was the option for payment and shipping, so basically I shrugged it off like the dream of winning the lottery. Until a few weeks ago. A friend of mine lives in Immigration Condo’s on 500 East between 4 and 500 South, and she told me about a new gym opening near here called the Quick Gym. It rang a bell in my head somewhere, and I asked to see the pamphlet she’d told me about and sure enough, there was a picture of the same machine I’d wanted 7 years ago. Some folks got the money together and bought 3 of the manchines, and have a free week trial membership to anyone who walks in and asks. It is everything and more I imagined it to be. The hardest thing to deal with in this workout is believing you can accomplish something significant in only 4 minutes on the front of the apparatus, and 4 minutes on the rear (legs). That is really hard to accept considering the hours per week many of us invest in our hard fought and earned conditioning. Athletes are now using these machines as part of their training, and it is especially effective for the person who simply WILL not go to the gym, sits at a computer all day, or is in an occupation that disallows any real physical activity. I tried the machine just three times, and was amazed at the IMMEDIATE difference I felt as I got out of the car and walked across a parking lot after just the first workout. It was completely unexpected. Look up the Quick Gym on the East side of 500 East, between 400 and 500 South. Let me know how you feel after a few visits. I guarantee you’ll feel better for the experience, and I’m recommending it to all my clients. It will help with sore muscles, knots, trigger points, fatigue, heart rate, strength, and in general make a person just feel good
